Weekend Sesshin

Sesshins are intensive exercises in silence, which serve to collect Setsu of the heart-mind Shin. The weekend Sesshin includes 7 periods (30 minutes) Zazen. There are also Samu (mindful work), walking meditation, talks and lectures by Nakagawa Roshi. To participate in the Sesshin, you require a very good physical condition and mental constitution. Couples can only be housed separately.
