05.30 – 06.15 am Zazen
06.15 – 06.55 am Morning Service
07.00 – 07.25 am Soji (temple cleaning)
07.25 – 07.50 am Body exercise
07.50 am Breakfast / Meeting
09.00 – 12.00 am Samu (mindful work)
12.00 am Lunch Break
14.45 – 17.30 pm Samu
17.30 pm Supper
19.00 – 19.45 pm Zazen Open meditation (Wed 19.00 – 20.15)  
22.00 pm Sleep

 

Other elements of practice (for instance study time, dharma round, tea ceremony) or more Zazen time are incorporated into the current weekly and monthly plan.
