Self-help with cancer in Eisenbuch was established as an answer to the many questions that have been put to Relia Wecker by people like her who have been confronted with cancer.
How did she manage?
It was out of this situation to encourage those who are sick that both her book and the courses developed.
Experience shows that self-help steps - hand in hand with conventional medicinal therapies - only help if people change their way of thinking. The illness presents you with the freedom to let go of the old ways and thoughts that made you ill in the first place.
Because people have very different needs it often makes sense to recognise them together in a personal meeting with either Relia Wecker or Nakagawa Roshi. We can then find a suitable course or, for instance, a weekend with personal coaching.
The foundation of self-help with cancer in Eisenbuch is always meditation which is taught by Nakagawa Roshi in a neutral way that is not bound to any religious denomination.
Suitable remedies from alternative medicine can support the body during and after conventional medicinal treatments.
The joy of movement, be it Yoga, Qi Gong, eurythmy or circle dance helps us to re-balance body and mind.
Healing food should consider personal constitution and cooking facilities.
Another important step is the healing of our environment.
Shapes, colours, fragrances, electromagnetic pollution, geopathic fields etc. have great influence on our body and well-being.
By practising Jin Shin Jyutsu we can learn to help and treat ourselves. This method is easy to learn and helps us to achieve inner and outer balance so that blockages can dissolve and the body can heal.
Relia Wecker has been personally affected and has accompanied cancer patients for many years. She tries to devise an individual and manageable way and, if possible, practise it with patients in Eisenbuch.
