Zenseclusion (Ango)
Zen seclusion is a period of intensive practice in such a way exercised already in Buddha’s time. It comprises two intensive sesshins in addition to the seclusion practice days. Throughout the whole seclusion a salutary silence is kept.
To practice Zen seclusion means to give oneself over to the spiritual way, to be guided by the way. Hence basic peace and basic harmony are realized in us.
