Sesshins are intensive exercises in silence, which serve to collect the Setsu of the heart-mind Shin. The daily schedule consists of nine periods of Zazen (45 minutes). There is also Samu (mindful work) and lectures by Nakagawa Roshi, who also offers the opportunity for personal meeting. A very good physical condition and mental constitution is required to participate in the Sesshin. Couples can only be accommodated separately.
