We will practise Yoga in the traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga. This very old and challenging Yoga style directly effects body and mind. It is powerful and dynamic.
In this Workshop we will begin with an announced class of the so-called 1st series. Therefore, you should bring with you basic knowledge of the Ashtanga Yoga sequence. In the afternoon we will delve into the details of the practise of Yoga and we will integrate further aspects with breathing exercises and text study.
